As a result, we should pay great attention to eliminate these toxins in the body. Then what kinds of food have a detoxification effect? The following passage will give a detail introduction.

1. Apple:
Apple contains galactose, which can help remove the toxins out of human body. What's more, the large number of pectin contained in apple can avoid the corrosion of the food in the intestines.

2. Strawberry:
Strawberry contains a variety of organic acids, pectin and minerals, which not only can clean the stomach, but also can strengthen the liver.

3. Honey:
Ever since the ancient time, honey has been regarded as a high-quality food which can promote the detoxification and beautify the skin. It contains a variety of essential amino acids and vitamins which are essential to human body. Often eating honey not only can promote the discharge of toxins out of the body, but also has good effect for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and neurasthenia.

4. Brown rice:
Brown rice has been regarded as a "plumber" to clean the large intestines. When it passes the intestinal tract, it can absorb a lot of wastes and toxins, and then eliminate them out of the body.

5. Carrot:
Carrot is an effective food to eliminate the mercury in the body. This is because carrot contains a large number of pectin, which can combine with mercury and effectively reduce the concentration of mercury ions in the blood, and accelerate the discharge of these mercury ions.
