In the morning, there isn't enough fresh air in the bedroom. The third taboo is being not eating breakfast.
According to the analysis of some nutritionists, breakfast is the most important meal in the whole day. After a night of sleep, the body is well prepared to begin the work and study in the new day. Therefore, it needs a rich intake of nutrients, so as to meet the daily consumption of the body. If you do not eat breakfast, there will be a lot of risks.

Firstly, it will cause lower blood sugar and lethargy. After a night of sleep, the nutrients in the body have been totally consumed. So the level of blood sugar is relatively very low at this time. Without any breakfast, the level of blood sugar will keep decreasing, which will lead to paleness, limb weakness, listlessness, and sometimes may even cause hypoglycemia shock.

Secondly, it would seriously affect our memory. According to experts, the energy of the brain comes from glucose, which can only be accumulated in liver and kidney, and can only store for eight hours. If you don't eat breakfast in the morning, it may result in a lack of energy in the brain, and thus lead to the decline of memory.

Thirdly, it may cause gallstone. In the morning when the stomach is empty, the saturation level of cholesterol in bile is relatively high, so eating breakfast can help the excretion of bile in the gallbladder. After a survey of the women suffering from gallstone, the British scholars find that most of the patients with gallstone don't eat breakfast for a long time.
